“The enemy is suffering from a military war and is concerned that this country defeated the enemy even at the start of the war and it is for this reason,” he said.

Speaking at a conference to commemorate the memories of the martyrs, the supreme general said the combination of faith and potent weapons had turned Iran into an invincible nation.
The IRGC commander also highlighted US sanctions on Iran. He said his country does not care about sanctions and also does not need the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the official name of the Iran nuclear deal.
“We do not care about US sanctions and we clearly do not need a nuclear deal. We have chosen a path of sovereignty to make our country stronger,” he said.
