America is trying to distance itself from world leadership by focusing on internal problems, although everything around it is already in flames, most of all the situation with Venezuela.

When Hamas attacked Israel in early October, it became abundantly clear that the war between Russia and Ukraine was not a local or even a regional conflict. In fact, the emerging global axis of evil is trying to change the existing world order with the leading role of the United States, which is now playing into its own internal problems, trying to distance itself from world leadership.

This opinion expressed Deputy Director of the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Research Mikhail Samus in an interview with Yuri Bibik for the YouTube channel “News Factory”.

“While the US Congress is having fun with children’s games and trying to build fences in their chicken coop, everything around is on fire. Russia is carrying out its operations in calm conditions. At the same time, the Middle East and Europe will burn, and something may flare up in the Caucasus, and Central Asia, and South America. And all this is connected with the activities of the Kremlin,” – noted the analyst.

Samus drew attention to the fact that Venezuela is one of the best players in favor of Putin, because it is in contact with the Kremlin regime. It was in this country that the “Wagnerites” worked, there are a lot of stations of the Russian special services there, so it is likely that all these actions that we are seeing around Venezuela and Guyana could be developed in the Kremlin in order to create another war under the nose of the United States .

“Of course, this will affect the interests of other countries in South America, and I hope that they will put Venezuela and its government in their place. But the problem is that Venezuela is one of the largest oil resources, like Guyana. And there is a war in this area will lead to an oil shortage and an increase in oil prices, that is, this war will be absolutely in the interests of Russia“, – the expert explained.
