Manosque hospital emergencies again disrupted by night closures. For four nights – February 26, March 1, March 5 and March 7 – the service will close its doors between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.
15 in case of emergency
These closures occur due to a lack of emergency doctors at Manosque hospital. This is the third time management has made this decision since the beginning of the year: first one night in January, then three more nights in February.
In the event of an emergency, residents can call 15 to contact the Samu in order to benefit from an initial consultation by telephone and thus find out if there is a need to go to the hospital.
Paramedics and people needing to go to the emergency room will have to go to other hospitals in the region: in Sisteron, Digne-les-Bains, Pertuis, even Aix-en-Provence.
