Concretely, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., from July 1 to September 30, a nurse will direct patients, either to the 15th, or to the CHU, or even to the on-call cardiologists of the PSR, etc., by depending on pathologies, life-threatening emergencies, etc.
“This reorganization will allow us to stabilize our services and we have good prospects for October with planned recruitment of emergency physicians”, reassures Pascal Rivoire. The PSR welcomes, each year, between 20,000 and 25,000 patients in its emergency department.
