The Elder Scrolls VI was announced back in 2018, but we still haven’t seen any signs of life. And it’s probably still a few years away, as all of Bethesda’s attention is now on the starry sky.
When Bethesda veteran Todd Howard recently accepted《GQ” interview, he did share his thoughts on the next Elder Scrolls, including whether it was announced too early:
“I’ve asked myself a lot. I don’t know. I might announce it more casually.
When he was asked what he wanted to achieve with The Elder Scrolls VI, he revealed a very ambitious goal:
“Like… I don’t want to answer, but I want to be polite. I’ll say we want it to fill the role of an Ultimate Fantasy world simulator. Given the passage of time, there are different ways to achieve that.
we absolutely look forward to this“Ultimate Fantasy World Simulator” , but will start exploring the universe in the stars on September 6. Hopefully that lasts until we visit the Elder Scrolls world again.
