…and since then it’s been radio silence…
Celebrating anniversaries is usually nice, but when it comes to the sequel to Bethesda’s role-playing series The Elder Scrolls then it might not be as positive. This weekend it was five years ago The Elder Scrolls VI was announced. It was at E3 2018 on June 10 that the game was shown with a small teaser. Unfortunately, we haven’t gotten to see anything more from the game after that and the only thing we really know is that the game won’t be released before Starfield.
Tonight, Microsoft together with Bethesda will hold their showcase and the focus will then be on Starfield. If we’re lucky, maybe there will be some small news about Elder Scrolls also. At least one can hope.
It is becoming more common in the gaming world to announce a game when it is only in the concept stage and the effect is then that we do not get any news for several years. What do you think of FZ? Is it right to announce games when there is nothing concrete to show, or is it better to wait?
