There is no one thing that eating it helps prevent various heart problems, but prevention lies in paying attention to the general health of the body, healthy nutrition, avoiding smoking, taking some supplements or obtaining vitamins through food, such as omega-3.

Eating two servings of non-fried seafood one to two times per week has heart-healthy benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke and cardiac death.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends consuming no more than 5 grams per day of omega-3 dietary supplements to increase your chances of preventing heart disease.
