Figs for a diabetic
Figs contain an abundant amount of fiber, and thus help control insulin levels in the blood, in addition to containing chlorogonic acid, which contributes to controlling blood sugar.
Figs are also among the fruits that a diabetic patient can eat within a healthy and balanced diet, because they are rich in minerals, such as potassium.
Figs contain a decent amount of carbohydrates, but a diabetic patient should not eat more than 2-3 fruits per day to keep their sugar levels in check.

Grapes for diabetes
Grapes help reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome and diabetes complications, because they contain antioxidant properties and polyphenols, which enhance insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar levels.
100 grams of grapes provides about 71 calories, and its glycemic index is 53, and the index is low for fruits, but a diabetic patient should not eat too much grapes, with a maximum of 100-150 grams per day.
