On the other hand, it brings a lot of traffic and congestion to the city making it difficult to move around. I think the parade plays a significant role in showcasing New York as a hub for arts, culture, and entertainment.
2. Do you have any personal memories or stories related to the parade that you would like to share?
One of my fondest memories was going to the parade with my family when I was younger. We used to wake up early, bundle up, and find a spot near Central Park West where we could catch a glimpse of the floats and balloons. It was always thrilling to see all the dynamic performances and catch some beads thrown by the performers.
3. What do you think sets the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade apart from other parades around the world?
