VIVA – Federation Armed Forces Russia (VSRF) increased its strength on the eastern front, with 30,000 personnel mobilized to the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR), Thursday 12 January 2023.
Reports of the movement of tens of thousands of personnel military Russia to Luhansk was revealed by the Head of the Military-Civil Administration of the Luhansk Oblast (Province), Serhiy Haidai.
In his statement, Haidai said tens of thousands of personnel Russian military come from various backgrounds.
