This is a grant that the Region has allocated independently. This is the Start project of Puglia. The bonus is aimed at freelancers, self-employed and Co.co.co. Here’s how to apply and who can get it
To obtain the VAT registration bonus, the income must not exceed 23,000 euros. Specifically, freelancers with an active VAT number on the date of the application may request it. Associated studies are included, provided they are not commercial in nature. In addition, the holders of collaborative relationships continued on 1 February 2020, registered in the separate INPS Management, may also request the bonus. The list also includes self-employed workers with VAT numbers who are not enrolled in other compulsory social security forms.
