On paper, the Sony Xperia 1 III has a stunning display, but DxOMark says it’s not so amazing in practice.

The Sony Xperia 1 III on paper is one of the most amazing smartphones with a 4K, 120Hz OLED panel built into it. However, during tests, there is usually a big enough problem with its brightness, which is why the screen is not the most practical in sunlight.
Also the DxOMark team analyzed the screen of the Xperia 1 III and awarded the device only 86 points in this respect. That was enough for 21st place, behind the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. DxOMark resented the low brightness and a greenish tint.
The iPhone 13 series scored more than 90 points on the display test, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra also precedes the Xperia 1 III. Thus, a more expensive mobile does not necessarily have better hardware than the test shows.
