So, during a year after completing training at a driving school and receiving a certificate of theoretical training, the candidate has:
unlimited number of attempts to pass the theoretical exam; unlimited number of attempts within two years from the date of issuance of the certificate of completion of practical training for the practical exam.
“At the same time, the interval between passing theoretical or practical exams (in case of unsuccessful passing) is at least 10 calendar days“, – said the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In addition, the result of a successfully passed theoretical exam will be valid for one year, and practical – two years.
As previously reported, the Verkhovna Rada supported bill No. 7354, which will allow those wishing to obtain a driver’s license in Ukraine to independently pass the theoretical part before the exam for obtaining a driver’s license.
