According to the data, the maximum percentage of foreign ownership is 40%, while the maximum percentage of ownership of the Gulf is 100% and 100% for Emirati ownership.
Earlier this month, Emirates Investment Bank announced that it has obtained all necessary approvals from the Securities and Commodities Authority and relevant authorities to change the foreign ownership percentage of the bank’s shares to 40% instead of 49%. .
