On Thursday, September 10, in Riga, a moped driver under the influence of alcohol caused a collision with a public vehicle, reports the program “Degpunkta”.

The driver of the minibus remembers: “I had stopped to start the oncoming cars and complete the left turn maneuver. Just started cutting, suddenly such a surprise. He could not be noticed at all. Because everyone had already stopped, but he “flew”, most likely from the opposite lane. But everyone had already stopped at the “red”?
