Svetlana Novoselova and Maksim Novoselov bought a concrete apartment. Concrete walls, concrete roofs and concrete floors. But they did not see the concrete. They saw opportunities. Here they were to build a new home in the dream city of St. Petersburg. Admittedly, the apartment was located a good distance outside the city, in Murino. But they thought they had done it.

They had received a mortgage. Okay, so almost both salaries had to be used to pay it down, but it was going to work out just fine. Now, finally, the dream of a two-room apartment was to come true. Then came the corona pandemic.
