Yordan Takov, who blew up two of his partners – father and son – in late November 2019 is not satisfied with his sentence. We recall that the district magistrates have “nailed” him with 20 years of imprisonment under an initial severe regime. Besides, he has to pay over half a million in blood.
The blackened relatives are also dissatisfied with the court decision. They demand that Takov’s sentence be life imprisonment and that he rot behind bars. The case is expected to be heard tomorrow morning at the City Under the Hills Court of Appeals.
Recall that on November 26, 2019, Yordan Takov killed his comrade Hristo Botev and his father Vasil in cold blood with a lawfully owned Makarov pistol, for which he received a permit in the summer of the same year. During interrogations and in his handwritten confessions, Takov claimed that he and his partner quarreled and then quarreled. To defend himself, he shot at them. Each of the victims was hit by two bullets, and a fifth shot remained in the barrel of the gun. After shooting them, Jordan left the warehouse and the cops who arrived minutes later arrested him.
