Roscoe appears from time to time by Hamilton’s side in the paddock during the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Now Hamilton has brought him to his home race at Silverstone in the UK.
You could say Roscoe is a celebrity. She earns $700 a day modeling, is on a vegan diet, and is popular on social media. He has almost half a million followers on Instagram.
“Roscoe is now part of a modeling agency and has auditions. They’re going up against 10 to 15 different bulldogs because they need a bulldog for their product,” Hamilton told Silver Arrows.
“He gets $700 a day. It’s ridiculous, and he gets his reward, he loves it.”
And like seven-time world champion Hamilton, Roscoe is vegan.
“He has eaten normal dog food all his life, as well as meat dishes. He was always breathing very badly. Because of this, he was never able to walk for very long and his joints hurt. He also had skin allergies.
“In 2020, I decided to reorient it to a vegan diet. It changed his life. He has no breathing problems now. His throat is no longer tight, he doesn’t overheat like before and he likes to run. He doesn’t have any problems with allergies either.
“He’s like a puppy again! It’s been amazing to watch these changes in Roscoe and I’m so grateful to be able to share it.”
