Former UAF doping control coordinator Maxim Besko said he won the court against Dynamo Kyiv. Information about him on the official website of the Kyiv club turned out to be unreliable.
In March 2020, Betsko claimed Dynamo’s doctor mixed up and gave Artem Besedin the wrong pill. Instead of a headache pill, he administered the banned phenylpiracetam, after which the player passed a positive doping test and was banned for one year.
Dynamo later accused Betsko of violating UEFA anti-doping regulations. The people of Kiev accused Maxim of distributing classified information about the Besedin case. However, now the court has ordered Dynamo to refute the widespread misinformation.
Maxim Besko She said:
“I won the trial against Dynamo Kyiv. A famous AB football player was punished for doping, which, as it turned out, was accidentally administered to him by the team doctor. After concluding the case in UEFA, I gave an interview about the details of the case, which interested the fans. (It was the fans, because the lack of information excited their imagination too much. At that point, all possible sins were blamed on the footballer).
But a day after the interview was released, a “destructive” article about my unprofessionalism was published on the Dynamo website. The allegations were allegedly in the disclosure of classified information. There have also been allegations against the UAF leadership. The article has been reprinted by many other publications. I had some bad days, which definitely affected my career. It quickly became clear that there were no violations. But the article remains! (Although it’s no longer on the Dynamo website. Haha.)
Finally, the Pechersk District Court decided to oblige Dynamo Kyiv Football Club LLC to refute the spread false information by submitting publications on the official website of Dynamo Kyiv Football Club LLC in the News section. A little bit, but cute, as they say! I must say that their appeal is still possible, but to appeal from them is just shameful.
