The medical report, which was conducted as part of the investigation into the death of the football legend, Diego Armando Maradona, revealed that there were no alcohol and no drugs in his body, but there were various medicines to treat his physical and mental health, according to judicial sources..
The San Isidro attorney general’s office, responsible for the case seeking to determine whether there is any kind of malpractice regarding the health and treatment of Maradona, issued a statement on Tuesday, after receiving the toxicology and autopsy report.
Among these drugs, drugs for treating epileptic seizures and antidepressants stand out, in addition to drugs against other physical diseases.
Maradona died at the age of 60, at his home in Buenos Aires, where he was recovering from an operation he underwent, to treat him from a blood pool in the brain, in early November, among other diseases.
After his death, an investigation began to determine whether there was any failure in his treatment.
