It never had time to be marketed in Belgium. Barely nine months after the official launch in the United States, and five months after its marketing in certain European countries, the Vision Pro would be about to live its final hours.
This is a real snub for Apple. The company, which was banking heavily on the Vision Pro to conquer new markets, seems to be on the verge of making a strong decision regarding its mixed reality headset. According to the American media The Informationwhich mentions several people involved in the construction of components of the device, Apple would have simply decided to stop production of the Vision Pro at the beginning of November.

The device will not have even lived a year when it already seems to have been put aside. The low sales figures are most likely the reason, with a price way too high to appeal to the average person. It must be said that at €3,999, the Vision Pro is obviously not aimed at ordinary mortals.
But what does this mean for those who still dream of getting their hands on the device? Apparently, Apple would not give up on its desire to make mixed reality accessible to everyone. The development of a second, less expensive model is still underway. Hopefully this one will have a longer marketing time…
