The Disadvantages of Netflix’s ‘Sub’ Accounts: Limited Access and Restrictions on Sharing

The disadvantage of that whole ‘sub’ account is that you can look at it with a maximum of 1 user at a time.

So even though the main account is a premium variant, which you can watch with 4 at the same time, it is completely separate from the maximum 2 sub accounts.

In addition, there are some other restrictions for the sub account, such as not being able to download on multiple devices.

So ‘fair sharing’ is unfortunately not quite possible with this new Netflix construction. Think carefully about who takes the main account!
