The Minister of Education urged them to stay the course, while inviting them to continue to get involved and do their best to prevent the school environment from being disrupted by violence and course interruptions. A concern well understood by union officials.

On this last point, she clarified that the school textbooks have not been changed since 2012, contrary to rumors circulating. This is why she made everyone aware of strict compliance with government instructions by avoiding making mistakes with publishers in order to use manuals other than those recommended by the ministry.
