Until August 29, 2021, you can board a tourist shuttle to discover the emblematic places of the Burgundy capital. Accompanied by a guide, you will go from the city center to the natural valleys, via Lake Kir.
Dijon as you’ve never seen it before. The Tourist Office and DiviaMobilités have just implemented a new way of visiting the city of Dijon. On board a small tourist shuttle with 10 seats, the Dijon City Tour consists of exploring nearly 25 places in Dijon and its surroundings. “These visits are mainly used to quickly discover all the important points of the city and all the tourist attractions” explains Quentin, the guide of the day.

The start is at Place Notre-Dame. To start this “road trip”, we walk along the rue de la Préfecture before crossing the Lycée Carnot. The guide takes the opportunity to recall that the school takes its name from Sadi Carnot, President of the Third Republic. Then head for Place du 30 octobre and Place Wilson, passing by the synagogue and the Consortium, a place of contemporary art.

A getaway outside of Dijon
