In the Bolster in Beerlegem (Zwalm) they have been celebrating Summer Festivities for more than half a century. A weekend full of activities for and by the clients, staff, volunteers, friends, family members … Every year radio M fm is also one of the partners.
On Sunday afternoon, Chris De Braekeleer and the regional channel will bring a bunch of Flemish artists in a packed tent. More than four hours of fun that everyone is looking forward to every year. But unfortunately, this cannot continue because of the Covid-19 measures. That is why radio maker Guy De Clercq thought about turning the tables.
“Instead of broadcasting the music that the artists perform on stage on the radio, we will now bring the music from the studio to the clients of the non-profit association De Bolster and their friends and family. They choose the music, we let the artists have their say, but a number of employees and residents are also included in the broadcast. ”
On Sunday 5 July, radio M fm from 14:00 to 18:00, the time that normally the party would take place in the tent, will broadcast the Digital Summer Parties via the three frequencies (Brakel 105.6 FM, Zottegem 107.6 FM, Oosterzele 107.2 FM and worldwide via radiomfm.be The favorite Bolster songs can all be heard next Sunday, plus numerous Flemish artists who make themselves free for a chat.
