Reported from detikJatim, Tuesday (5/7/2022), MSAT is a resident of Losari Village, Ploso District, Jombang Regency. Every day, he became the caretaker of his father’s boarding school. As the son of the kiai, he is well respected by his father’s followers.
Previously, the case file for the molestation allegedly carried out by MSAT against female students was declared complete (P21) by the East Java High Court on January 4, 2022. Therefore, the East Java Regional Police are trying as soon as possible to carry out phase two or transfer the suspect and evidence of the case to the prosecutor. general.
However, MSAT was reluctant to attend the three summons of the East Java Police. So, the police have included the son of the kiai who cares for the Islamic boarding school in Losari Village, Ploso, Jombang in the DPO since January 13, 2022. He is suspected of violating Article 285 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 294 paragraph (2) of the 2nd Criminal Code. He is suspected of having sex with and molesting his female students.
However, MSAT managed to escape when arrested by the police. Attempts to chase like a cowboy movie were made, but still the police did not succeed in securing the MSAT.
Prior to that, MSAT had also submitted a pretrial to the Surabaya District Court against the process of determining the suspect carried out by the East Java Regional Police. However, on December 16, 2021, the judge did not accept the MSAT application due to the lack of the respondent. The determination of the MSAT suspect was carried out at the Jombang Police, while those being sued in the pretrial were the East Java Police and the East Java Attorney General’s Office.
