During the general assembly of the Montluçon group of the National Railway Orphanage of France (ONCF), the office deplored the difficulties encountered in replacing its members.

“Our number of members is in sharp decline, following the deaths and resignations of the company, and the few memberships that have been made this year”. There are 233 members in Montluçon (51,000 nationally) and four wards.
Office
The office has been renewed identically for this year, “in the hope of being able to find new recruits full of energy and will so that our activities and our group can continue”.
