Dichand was silent – and lost the trial he had brought before the OLG. If the regional court follows the OLG decision, the lawsuit against AUSTRIA will be expensive for Dichand. He will then have to pay the advertisement price to AUSTRIA for all printed publications – and that is many thousands of euros.
