The DFCO played spoilsport this Saturday evening at the Bonal stadium in Montbéliard. For their last match of the season against FCSM, Dijon snatched a draw.
Dijon was however off to a bad start! From the first minutes, the FCSM, rebounded for the rise in Ligue 1, scores its first goal thanks to Gaëtan Weissbec (2nd minute, 1-0). The same player doubles the bet just after the break (52nd minute, 2-0).
Response a few minutes later from Dijon (58th minute, 2-1) by Mickaël Le Bihan, in the middle of the skylight. DFCO equalization 20 minutes later (78th minute, 2-2) by Romain Philippoteaux, in the small net.
Final whistle: draw, 2-2. A match that makes you forget the first meeting on July 26, 2021 (see our article)
The DFCO ends this season in 11th place in Ligue 2.
