Physical presence is not only customary at meetings in politics, but was also standard in education and training. The past few years have forced us to revise and rethink our offer. In particular, the high number of participants in the various online seminars has shown that knowledge can also be imparted online. This was confirmed by feedback from the participants and there is a desire for further online seminars, even if physical meetings are possible again.
Interesting new insights were gained from the seminars already held and the feedback. For example, it can be seen that the “inhibition threshold” for taking part in seminars alone is falling online, topics are dealt with more quickly online than in person, but the exchange with colleagues that is essential in the political field (almost) does not take place online.
