U.S.- Without a doubt, 2020 was a year that left devastating deaths of celebrities, from beginning to end, being these deaths the ones that left a huge void in the corridors of Hollywood and each of its productions.
Kobe Bryant: He was an American basketball player who spent twenty seasons in the NBA. He died on January 26, 2020 at 41 years of age in a helicopter accident with his daughter Gianna Maria age 13 and seven other people who were also on that aircraft.
Naya Rivera: Known for her character as Santana López on the television series Glee, she was an American actress and singer of Puerto Rican origin. On July 8, 2020, he disappeared in Lake Piru and after several days of searching, his body was found lifeless, as Naya drowned to save the life of her son.
Chadwick Boseman: Chadwick was an American actor, screenwriter and playwright. His death shocked the world as he died on August 28 due to complications from colorectal cancer that had been diagnosed in 2016 and that he had kept secret from the public and his colleagues in the environment. He was best known for playing Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Eddie Van Halen: Dutch-American musician known for being the guitarist and founding member of the hard rock band Van Halen. He passed away on October 6 of throat cancer, after five years of battling the disease.
Sean ConneryConery was an actor and film producer, much of his fame was thanks to his James Bond character, who was the first actor commissioned to play him. Connery died on October 30 at the age of 90, due to a heart attack.
