The detected cases of coronavirus in the country are on the rise

Health authorities reported this afternoon that they were detected in the country last week 3323 new cases of Covid-19. This is a 50.6% increase from what was reported last Sunday for the previous seven days. Furthermore, it has been reported that eight people died.

This rebound in infections, according to data updated by Ministry of Health of the Nation Today it is currently concentrated in the city and province of Buenos Aires, with 2,844 positives (85.5%) reported between the two districts during the last week, mainly in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA).

While 1,639 new cases have been confirmed in the capital, another 1,205 infections have been detected in the province.

Official records also show that there are 241 patients admitted to intensive care for Covid-19.

With these new data, the country has recorded 9,727,247 SARS-CoV-2 virus positives and 130,025 deaths associated with the disease since the start of the pandemic.
