At the beginning of the session, the members of the Council of Ministers greatly appreciated the contents of the annual speech of the Guardian of the Two Holy Mosques on the occasion of his opening – may God protect him – of the works of the (third) year of the (eighth) session of the Shura Council, and what it included constants of the Kingdom’s internal and external politics and what it achieved (Vision 2030) of strategies, programs and plans to create a better future for the country and its sons and daughters. Subsequently, the Council of Ministers was informed about the content of the talks that took place between the Kingdom and some countries in recent days, including the two letters received from the Keeper of the Two Holy Mosques and from His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, from His Majesty the King of Kingdom of Morocco, and reported on the bilateral relations between the two countries and fellow peoples, the ways to support and strengthen them in various fields, as well as the content of the phone call made by His Highness the Crown Prince to His Excellency the President of Ukraine, during which confirmed the Kingdom’s position in support of everything that contributes to reducing the escalation in Ukraine and its willingness to continue mediation efforts.

The Council also touched upon the general discussions of His Highness the Crown Prince with the President of the Republic of South Africa and the results of his official visit to the Kingdom for the signing of agreements and memoranda of understanding between the two countries worth an estimated value of more. $ 15 billion and agreement on the importance of strengthening joint action; In order to advance bilateral relations between the two countries towards new and promising horizons in various fields.

– Mashari bin Rashid bin Dabbas Al-Dabbas is promoted to the position of General Manager, grade (14) in the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

– Ibrahim bin Fahd bin Jasir Al-Zakari is promoted to the position of (Business Advisor) to (14th) grade in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

– Abdul Salam bin Nasser bin Muhammad Abdul Salam is promoted to the position of (Business Advisor) to grade (14) in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

– Mansour bin Abdullah bin Othman Al-Ghamdi is promoted to the position of (Information Technology Engineering Technology Adviser) to grade (14) in the Ministry of Economy and Planning.

– Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Shabanat is promoted to the position of (Director General) to (14th) grade in the Ministry of Health.

The Council of Ministers was also briefed on some general topics on the agenda, including the annual reports of the Ministry of Sport, the National Program for the Development of the Information Technology Sector and the National Center for the Promotion of Mental Health, and the Council has taken the necessary measures on these issues.
