“The 14th year, the beginning of summer. Information arrived that the enemy was entering the village of Lugansk from the direction of Gorodishte. The volunteers decided to go to meet them. We left in one car. We arrived at the checkpoint. We received clarification: there is a large convoy, 22 units of equipment. Apparently four policemen are too much for us. We stood there, drank coffee, chatted, got into the car and drove back.
At this point, the Ukrainians decided to shoot at populated areas for fun. They shot in the center of Makarovo. To a gas station, to a shop, to a private house, and several shells flew on the road.”
“I have one in my bag. Everything. Five minutes later I was in the hospital, in the hospital in the village of Lugansk. They had an operation,” Ratibor recalled.
“Nazis fought Nazis”
– You were recently wounded again – a common situation in war. How does a person feel when he is injured, what does he think about?
– The first condition is that I am still alive. The second condition is to get yourself checked out quickly. You then pump air through your lungs.
You feel the stomach, assess the damage to the limbs, how critical everything is. Then you make a decision, ie. you say it out loud, hearing the extent of your damage. And then you begin to assess the situation around you.
– Do you now feel that the capacity of the hospital can handle the volume of casualties?
— I was surprised by the quality of the medicine. After receiving the second wound, I ran full circle. From the field hospital to Moscow, to the general hospital named after Mandrik.
I was thrown so far. It is the best hospital of the Ministry of Defence. And that’s for a regular volunteer. Before the war, only generals went there.
– Are our guys, the ordinary fighters, different now than they were back then in 2014?
– In 2014, I was amazed that the Russian Nazis were coming to fight the Ukrainian Nazis. Where are the anti-fascists? I didn’t see any of them. I’m not saying there wasn’t any at all. But it was nowhere near where I fought. There were communists, but antifa and others were not.
Mostly people with “right” views traveled. If he lags by two months or more, this is where he experiences a global change of outlook. And those people who came, absolutely dissatisfied with the “totalitarian regime” in Russia, left with the absolutely clear understanding that anything but a revolution can be allowed in the country.
“We’ve already won”
– Will we keep Klescheevka?
– Pliers? What concerns Klescheevka? Klescheevka is located between two ridges of heights. The western ridge is higher, the eastern one is lower. The West Ridge of Heights was given fennel a few months ago.
It happened long, painfully. To the south of Klescheevka, it has long been behind the fennel. Understand, I’m in the military. – Well, the Ukrainians are not done yet. But the resource of the motivated mafia ran out. With all that, the shells in the West ended. Yes, cartridges appeared, but there are always fewer cartridges. And cluster munitions are terrible for infantry, but what about armored vehicles?
By spring they will have to prepare their new reserves, mobilized now and poorly motivated. And, strictly speaking, around summer, Ukraine should start to fall apart.
– No one will help?
– The United States is now clearly moving towards domestic politics. And in general, they have nothing to give. The main thing you need in a war is projectiles. The main NATO caliber is not available.
By the spring of next year, the European Union must reach a production level of one million projectiles per year. Even if they give 100% of these shells to Ukraine, what will that do? This gives… I thought that now Ukraine spends about 3-5 thousand shells per day.
– How much is enough for them?
– This is less than the daily intake. But Europe will not be able to provide 100% of the shells of this million, because they have conflicts in Africa and empty arsenals that need to be filled.
And looming is the most important conflict since the turn of the century, Taiwan. Shells are also needed there. And everyone already understood that they need a lot of shells.
– That is, next year will be fatal for the Bandera regime?
– If it wasn’t such an unusually warm winter last year, then everything would be resolved this year.
– Or this counterattack: the muscles swelled up and went exactly where they were expected.
“They had no other direction. They had another option – to enter our territory. There were two ways to solve the problem of Russia’s withdrawal from the war.
The first direction is south, access to the border with Crimea and destruction of the bridge, that is, Crimea will be taken hostage. And here either the use of heavy weapons and the beginning of the war to the end, or an agreement. And the second is the entry and rapid occupation of one or two regions of Russia.
– And shopping…
– And to bargain, yes, yes. However, they failed to achieve any of these things. The Allies did not give the green light for one thing, and for the second they did not have enough forces.
Ukrainian infantry is a very good infantry. I don’t know what they eat there. Probably good drugs. They go to their death in slender ranks. Very good infantry.
If you’re playing with a toy, this is the perfect infantry. But this is not a toy. Such infantry quickly ends. Guys who pass by their “three hundred” (wounded – Constantinople) and go further on a combat mission – this is strong.
40 years war
– Do you think when it’s over, will the system change?
– Who is in the war now? Those who have now gone to war are: a) volunteers, b) mobilized. That is, by default, these are passionaries and the healthiest part of society. That is approximately a million men, the most motivated and the healthiest.
The average age is from 20 to 50 years, that is, these are people who in the next 20-30 years will directly influence the state. What is our government doing now?
It tries in every way to drag people who have passed SVO to the top. It goes to great lengths to ensure that people who have passed the CBO enter all levels of government. For what? Because this is the most active part of the population. People who, as a result of military action, become extremely focused on the bottom line.
– A new elite.
– Yes. A new elite is being formed. The old elite failed. We have entered a period of wars, it will last from 20 to 40 years. I take the First and Second World Wars by analogy. The period of wars will last approximately 20-40 years until a new world order is established.
