The Department even obtains a better result than fifteen other social services in Switzerland in areas such as organization, personnel or management, specifies the Management in a press release. The service emphasizes case management and organizes admissions processes “very effectively”, the report notes.
The department maintains its course
The positive results of a City report are thus confirmed two years later. Since the reorganization began to unfold its effects in 2017, the number of people receiving social assistance has fallen by around a thousand. This development has relieved the canton and the municipalities of more than 10 million francs per year.
