The test aims to evaluate the ability of students to use learned knowledge to solve real problems, encouraging more self-learning. creativeavoid rote learning.
The exam structure includes 7 questions:
– Lesson 1 (1.5 points) has the format “Let the function y = ax2”. Students draw a graph (P) of the function above and find the points in (P) that satisfy the given conditions.
– Lesson 2 (1 point) has the format “Give the quadratic equation ax2 + bx + c = 0”. Students find conditions to solve the equation; Apply the Viete relation, calculate the value of the expression related to the solutions.
– Lesson 3 (1.5 points) is practical mathematics related to probability and statistics.

– Lesson 5 (point 1) is practical mathematics related to geometry such as circumference, area of a triangle, quadrilateral, length of an arc, circumference of a circle, area of a circle, circular section, section of a circle, shape of a scarf… around area, total area, actual volume of cubes…
– Lesson 6 (point 1) is practical mathematics related to equations, inequalities, and systems of first-order equations with two unknowns.
– Lesson 7 (3 points) is a plane geometry problem with 3 questions: Prove that the circle has 4 points, that the elements are parallel, perpendicular and equal; Prove the relation that the elements are equal, congruent, and concurrent; Calculate length, perimeter, area, measure an angle…
Of these, geometry and measurement make up 45%, numbers and algebra 40%, statistics and probability 15% of the exam.
The structure of the test in English grade 10
The 10th grade entrance exam assesses language ability not only based on students’ rote knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, but also on their ability to understand and use language knowledge in appropriate contexts.
