The new Toyota Land Cruiser continues to enjoy huge interest in its native Japan, which in combination with the lack of various components forces the company to give extremely long delivery times.
When the Land Cruiser was introduced in September, it became clear that the company had received more than 21,000 orders for the SUV in just two weeks, which is 4 times more than the expected sales that Toyota had planned for the year.
An apology can be found on the company’s Japanese website, which mentions that the delivery time can be up to 4 years if the order is placed now.
