A video from a celebrity chef sets the minds on fire in Vietnam.
–Chef Nusret Gokce, better known as Salt Bae, posted a video on his Tiktok account this weekend. The video shows how the Vietnamese Minister of Security is fed a steak for about 10,000 Norwegian kroner.
One of the positive surprises of the climate summit came from Vietnam. Not only did the delegation promise to be carbon neutral by 2050. The country also undertook to stop building new coal-fired power plants and phase out the polluting coal.
“It was a surprise,” Caroline Chua told Bloomberg after the news was released. Over 50 percent of Vietnam’s energy supply comes from coal.
