The DÉKUPLE Group takes a majority stake in the GUD.berlin agency and accelerates its international deployment

Paris, November 6, 2024 (8:00 a.m.) – The DÉKUPLE Group, leader in communication and data marketing, is developing its presence in Europe by taking a majority stake in GUD.berlin, a German advertising campaign agency. This strategic acquisition aims to support the Group’s international deployment and expand its portfolio of skills in engagement marketing, in order to better serve its large account and mid-market clients.

Ranked 22nd in the list of creative agencies in Germany in 2024, the GUD.berlin agency, founded in 2009, stands out for its strategic advice and the quality of its advertising creations. The agency has not only won numerous clients with its 360° campaigns, but has also won prestigious awards such as the ADC and the Effie. Among its clients are major German brands such as Deutsche Bahn (DB), Kleinanzeigen or Sky WOW but also major international accounts such as Deezer, Ebay or Xbox.

This partnership reinforces the DÉKUPLE Group’s ambition to continue its growth both organically and through targeted acquisitions, with the aim of diversifying its activities and enriching its offering in order to better serve its major international clients. The Group also wishes to capitalize on synergies and complementary skills, while favoring a multi-entrepreneurial model. GUD.berlin will retain broad strategic and operational autonomy, allowing it to continue its development while benefiting from the commercial opportunities offered by the DÉKUPLE Group ecosystem.

Thanks to this merger, the DÉKUPLE Group will be able to strengthen its offering on key levers such as engagement marketing, while GUD.berlin will continue to excel in its preferred areas, including brand strategy, advertising communication, strategies content and engagement marketing.
