The decisions of the federal council: Calabrians and Tuscans have 48 hours to appeal. Then the repechage will open: Brescia or Perugia in B. Pordenone not registered, Mantova would enter in his place
The Federal Council, having read the opinions of Covisoc and the Infrastructure Commission, decided this morning to admit Lecco to Serie B and instead reject the appeals of Reggina and Siena.

The defensive reasons of the Lombard club were therefore accepted, which had seen its registration in Serie B rejected due to a delay in a document relating to the stadium to be used in the next season (the Euganeo di Padova). Lecco claimed that, with the promotion won on 18 June in the playoff match against Foggia, they did not have the material time to provide all the documentation within the registration deadline, midnight on 20 June. The Infrastructure Criteria Commission accepted the requests and gave a positive opinion yesterday, ratified in the morning by the Federal Council.
reggina and appeals
—
Nothing doing for Reggina: in this case Covisoc had reiterated its no for the failure to pay the FIGC 757,000 euros on time, which had to be paid by 12 July according to the bankruptcy court of Reggio Calabria. Reggina and Siena now have 48 hours to present an appeal which will be discussed before the Coni Guarantee College on 20 or 21 July. The readmissions will also be defined later: Brescia is back in place of Reggina by regulation, while Perugia will in turn present an appeal.

As far as Siena is concerned, whose registration in Serie C had been rejected by Covisoc, it should be replaced by Atalanta Under 23. The Council also took note of the non-registration of Pordenone: Mantova would be readmitted in its place.
