Wrongly accused of violence against his daughter Louna, a Vosges couple has taken the Nancy hospital to court. The CHU had sent a report of mistreatment to the prosecutor in 2012 when the lesions found on Louna were related to a rare genetic disease. Thursday, the administrative court of Nancy, which was to render its deliberation in the case, indicated that this decision was extended, without giving a precise date. Yoan Bombarde, 31, and Sabrina Diestch, 27, were deprived for more than four years of their daughter, placed in early 2012 when she was three months old. The parents had been indicted, tried and finally released in May 2015. The public rapporteur recommended compensation of € 20,000 for each parent, € 20,000 for Louna and € 10,000 for her little brother Léo. In civil matters, the Nancy court has also just ordered two experts to compensate the parents up to € 100,000, € 30,000 to Louna and € 10,000 to Léo.
