An attack on the northern town of Jabalia on Saturday night has killed five Palestinians, including three children, according to local news reports.

Top militant killed
Among the dead are Islamic Holy War leader Tayseer Jabari, a 23-year-old woman and a five-year-old child, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
The radical militant group responded by firing 100 rockets at Israeli cities, according to Islamic Holy War.
Sirens warning of rocket attacks have been triggered in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv, the Israeli military and AFP report.
The sirens could be heard by AFP journalists in Tel Aviv shortly after a correspondent saw rockets being fired from Gaza, the news agency reports.

Lack of electricity
