Producer Fayez Aziz announced the death of artist Amin Sami, through his Facebook page.

Amin Sami, an Egyptian artist who started his life as a guitarist, then moved on to singing with melodies for major composers such as Mohamed El Mougy and his first album “Walk” was his first starting point towards fame and stardom.
Amin Sami’s march started since his high school education, when he was good at playing the harp instrument and joined the institute’s musical group, where he participated with them in school parties.
The official start of Amin Sami was in 1987, when he got acquainted with the musician Mohammed Al-Muji, who presented it to the radio for the first time with a melody of his dedication to the song “I Heart Beat Amana with you”.
Amin Sami soon gained wide fame among the audience, despite the new and glossy names that were filled with the art scene, and his revival of the concerts at the “Al Nasr Club” in the Egyptian Sports City increased his popularity.
Amin Sami is considered one of the few who is able to play beautifully during singing, and some have likened him to the late magician of the lyre, Omar Khurshid.
Amin Sami has released a number of albums and lyrical tapes that were very popular among the followers of the new songs. His first tape was entitled “Walk” and the most recent album, entitled “Hanit,” was released in 2010 and included twelve songs.
