We still hope and wait patiently, but we really only have a remnant of hope left. During these seven years, something kept happening that made us believe that the matter could be clarified and the truth would finally see the light of day. – said Anna Cieślinska, sister of Magdalena Żuk, in an interview with the o2.pl portal. Someone clearly wants time to pass and nothing to be proven – she added.

The tragic death of Magdalena Żuk in Egypt

Recall that On April 25, 2017, 27-year-old Magdalena Żuk went on a trip to the Marsa Alam resort in Egypt. Two days later, the woman’s partner, who had been in contact with her by phone, became concerned about her behavior. Therefore, the man planned Magdalena Żuk’s earlier return to the country.

However, due to her deteriorating health condition, the woman was admitted to the hospital. At the same time to Egypt her friend came to take her to Poland. In the hospital he learned that Magdalena Żuk was dead. She died as a result of injuries suffered after falling from the second floor of the hospital in Marsa Alam, where she was staying.

Official Magdalena Żuk she was supposed to commit suicide, but the woman’s relatives do not believe it and emphasize that Magda did not undergo psychiatric treatment and was not mentally ill. She knew too much and they couldn’t let her come back. The accident occurred when a friend was already on the way to pick her up – the deceased’s sister told o2.pl.

Prosecutor’s office on the death of Magdalena Żuk in Egypt

The investigation into the death of the Polish tourist is still ongoing District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra. It has been extended – this time until June 30, 2024.

The spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra, Prosecutor Tomasz Działowski, previously informed that during the investigation, expert psychiatrists and a psychologist also analyzed evidence regarding the atypical behavior of the injured party during the trip and stay in Egypt and its possible causes.The evidence conducted during the preparatory proceedings did not show that sexual or any other violence was used against the injured party. There was no evidence that she was a victim of human trafficking – said the spokesman then.

Rutkowski’s findings

Also Krzysztof Rutkowski, owner of a detective agency, who investigated the death of Magdalena Żuk, expresses a similar position on this matter.
