Minister Antony Raju said that the time to install cameras in private buses will not be extended. The last date for installation of cameras in buses is October 31.

The minister said that with the installation of cameras in buses, competition will be reduced and violations of rules by buses will be reduced. The minister added that real-time monitoring of the buses by linking the cameras installed in the private buses with GPS is also under consideration.
