on March 30 at 18.00 Daugavpils Accordion Orchestra (conductor Tatjana Saratova) invites its listeners to the concert “Magical Message” in the concert hall of Vienības nama (Rīgas street 22a).
The concert will reflect different gamuts of emotions, in which the harsh reality of life intertwines with inexplicable magic, love alternates with hate, and life with death. Oriental fairy tale motifs and mysterious life events will be heard in the synergy of accordion, violin and drums. Violin solo – Inga Zeile. The Percussion Ensemble of Stanislav Broka Daugavpils Music High School takes part in the concert.
The accordion orchestra has been successfully operating in Daugavpils since 1959. Music school and high school students, as well as students and lecturers of Daugavpils University perform music in it. During this time, many concerts have been played, as well as prizes and awards have been received for participating in various contests and festivals both in Latvia and abroad.
