The LFP has unveiled the dates for the 2021/2022 calendar in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.
The end of the season is approaching and it is time for the LFP to prepare the 2021/2022 calendar in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. The LFP Board of Directors adopted on Thursday the general calendar for L1 and L2.
The Ligue 1 calendar
Ligue 1 will start on the weekend of August 7 and 8, 2021. The last day will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2022. The play-offs between the 18th in L1 and the winner of the L2 play-offs will take place on Thursday, May 26 and the Sunday May 29, 2022. Executive Committee of the FFF.
The calendar of Ligue 2 2021/2022
Ligue 2 will start on July 24, 2021 and the last day will take place on May 14, 2022. The two play-offs will take place on Tuesday, May 17 and Friday, May 20, 2022. The jump-off between the 18th of L2 and the 3rd of N1 has been set for Wednesday May 24 and Sunday May 29.
