In India, official documents are issued by Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The newest guide is Comprehensive Guidelines for Management of COVID-19 Patients May 27, 2021, which does not include the use of the drug ivermectin anymore.
In the previous document, the version dated May 24, 2021, there are still recommendations for the use of ivermectin and or hydroxychloroquine for mild cases of COVID-19, where these two drugs are no longer listed in the current version, which is 27 May 2021.
