It is late, but it is already available for users of WhatsApp that are annotated to test the beta versions, which indicates that it will soon be available to all users: WhatsApp dark mode, following that of other applications that also adopted this aesthetic that uses black backgrounds and white letters.
In the case of WhatsApp, beta version 2.20.13 in Android It already allows you to choose, in the Settings> Chats section, the Theme, which has three options: Light (the traditional one), Dark (the new one) or System Default, for those devices that use a Android with the native Dark Mode; This allows that if the user decides to change the appearance of the whole phone, the application will automatically accompany the decision.
We must bear in mind that when making the change the funds that we have been using may not be well; the generic background of WhatsApp it adjusts, however, to the dark mode without problems.
Although it will soon be ready for everyone, users who sign up for the WhatsApp beta program can try it now.
