A NASA (Aviation and Space Administration) scientist exclusively said that this is essentially a suicide mission and Elon Musk will most likely die before he gets there due to a painful condition.
Michelle Thaller works as a scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and has decades of experience.
The expert explained that currently we do not have the right technology to keep humans safe on a trip to Mars, according to The Sun’s page, quoted on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
They will face the problem of extraterrestrial radiation that can kill before they get there. Radiation sickness, also known as radiation poisoning, can increase the risk of cancer, degenerative diseases and death.
“I know Elon Musk once said he wants to be the first person to die on another planet. It’s possible he won’t get there because of radiation in space on his way to Mars,” he said.
